We are so happy that you are interested in adopting one (or more!) of our precious residents! We want to be absolutely sure that you will be the purr-fect family for them. To begin the process, please fill out and submit the application below. Our kitties will look it over with us and then we will be in touch with you very soon. If you are approved, we will be happy to schedule a Meet & Greet appointment for you to come in and find your future family member(s)!

We, at Kaleidoscope Health & Rescue, take our adoption process very seriously and will conduct a thorough reference check and analysis based on all the information you have submitted on this application. Even if you’re application is approved, we reserve the right to decline any applicant at any time prior to the adoption day if issues arise. These kitties mean EVERYTHING to us and we will only adopt to those that we feel are the absolute best fit!
