Meow, I'm Maeve!

I'm a sweet 10 yr old spayed female who was found after my owner passed away. A neighbor found me inside my house, which was in a hoarding state. I didn't really want to be found so I hid really well. I was terrified, sad and confused. When I got to Kaleidoscope, it took me a little while to settle down and realize I was safe. Now, I have a comfy bed and yummy food and I'm feeling so much happier! Don't be deterred by my age, it's just a number! I love to talk to the humans and I enjoy roaming around and exploring. I'm starting to feel beautiful again, grooming and taking care of my lovely coat. I dream of being a lap cat and living in a clean, bright home. I like most of the kitties here but it would be awesome to have humans all to myself too. I'm not sure if I've ever met children or dogs, but as long as they're gentle and don't bully or chase me, I'd probably be just fine.
