Meow, I'm Marcus Aurelius Maximus!

I'm a handsome 5 year old neutered male who was rescued as a stray. When I arrived at Kaleidoscope, I was completely terrified and didn't want to be touched or even looked at! I ate some treats that made me feel much more calm and I ended up getting a clean bill of health. But, I absolutely hated being in a cage and also showed everyone how much I dislike other kitties too. It effected my mental health so much that I began to self harm. Yes, that can happen to us kitties too! I chose my tail as a chew toy and there was no stopping me. I hurt myself severely and repeatedly, despite all the help the humans were trying to give me. So, one of the super duper employee's decided to take me home and be my foster mom. Phew! Now, I get to live freely in a warm, calm and open space. I've learned to love myself again and I stopped all self harm. I mean, look at me, I'm so beautiful now! And guess what else makes me so stinkin cute...I'm polydactyl. That's right, I have an extra toe bean on each paw! I love movie nights, toys, window watching, and just feeling loved. I still don't like other kitties but I've recently discovered that I like a dog! Respectful kids could be ok too. Do you have Netflix and some room on your couch? Count me (and all my toes) in!
