Meow, I'm Rome!

I'm a sweet 3 yr old neutered male who was surrendered as a stray. I was being cared for as an outdoor stray but then I started having tummy troubles and was brought here for help. It didn't take long for me to love being surrounded by nice humans who gave me attention. But, my nagging belly aches were getting worse which caused uncontrollable potty habits. But, the amazing humans never gave up on me! I really wanted to have fun and play with the other kitties but I often had temper tantrums because I didn't feel good. I even learned how to escape my cage. But, the humans figured me out and moved me to a much nicer suite (ha, my plan worked!). I began therapy and underwent months of food trials. And finally, almost 6 months later I'm feeling amazing! The secret to my success is a prescription diet that I'll need forever. Another cool thing is that I'm really good at making feline and canine friends. I'm great with kind kids too. I feel like a brand new, handsome fella and I’m ready to find my furrever home full of love and play!
