Meow, I'm Sunset!

I'm an energetic 10 month old neutered male who was rescued as a stray with my sister. We were both really scared, our lungs were sick and had itchy skin. I tried to be the strong one and felt protective of my sister. So, I didn't want anyone touching us. Sadly, she spent all her nine lives trying to survive and didn't make it. I was heartbroken and my tummy was really upset for a while. After a few months, I started feeling better and I also realized the humans were really nice. My body even vibrated when they pet me sometimes! Then, once I discovered toys, it was all over! Now, I don't hide at all anymore and I love to chat. I absolutely love humans and really like to be held. But, I also love to play too! I have so much energy that I don't even remember how scared I used to be. However, new environments can be scary for me. But, with reassurance and patience, I adapt just fine. I'm quite independent but I really like playing with other kitties too...you know, chase, tag, wrestling, you name it! I'm so excited about life and I want to find a home with at least one other energetic kitty to play with. I think dogs and loud children are quite scary. But, bring on the felines, gentle humans and we've got a deal!
